JawanDrop (jawandrop.in) is a sole proprietorship owned and operated by Jay Jitendra Sahastrabudhe, an individual registered under the Income Tax Act of India. All transactions, contracts, and obligations on this platform are entered into with Jay Jitendra Sahastrabudhe as the proprietor.

All products are made to order via print-on-demand. Product images are representative; slight colour variations may occur between screen display and physical print. We reserve the right to discontinue any product or design without notice.

Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include GST where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged is the price shown at time of checkout.

Orders

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to: payment failure, pricing errors, design rights concerns, or fulfillment issues. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

Payment

We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking via Razorpay. All transactions are encrypted. We do not offer cash on delivery. Payments are collected by Jay Jitendra Sahastrabudhe (Proprietor, JawanDrop).

All designs, graphics, and content on jawandrop.in are the intellectual property of Jay Jitendra Sahastrabudhe, trading as JawanDrop. You may not reproduce, copy, or redistribute any design without written permission. Our designs are inspired by patriotic themes and do not use official Indian military insignia or the national emblem.

JawanDrop is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, or events outside our control. Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the order value paid by you.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
